ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST
Lauren Vidal, whose head office is located at 38 Chemin Latéral ZAC de l'Horloge, 93230 Romainville (hereinafter the "Organizer") wishes to organize a competition entitled "JEU-CONCOURS LAUREN VIDAL" whose winner will be designated by drawing lots under the conditions defined below. The competition will take place from Tuesday November 15 to Tuesday November 22, 2022 midnight (date and French connection time being authentic).
This operation is neither sponsored nor organized by Facebook, Twitter, Google, Apple or Microsoft.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST
2.1. The competition is free and open to any natural person over the age of 18, resident in France and abroad, whatever their nationality, excluding all persons who have directly or indirectly participated in the development of the contest, members of Lauren Vidal's staff.
2.2. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules (the "Rules").
2.3. The competition is limited to one entry per person (for example, same surname, same first name and same email address). Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded per designated winner.
2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules will result in the nullity of the Participant's participation.
2.5 The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and competitions.
ARTICLE 3 – PRINCIPLE OF COMPETITION / TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
This game takes place exclusively on the Instagram / Facebook social networks of the @laurenvidal brand. To validate their participation, each participant must subscribe to the newsletter of the site https://laurenvidal.com/.
ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS
The Organizer will appoint the winner by lot, from among all the people who participated on Wednesday November 2, 2022 at noon.
Only one prize will be awarded per winner (same name, same address).
ARTICLE 5 – AWARDS
The raffle prizes are as follows:

The prize will be sent directly to the winner's home.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY OF PRIZES AND TERMS OF USE OF PRIZES
The Organizer of the competition will contact the winner drawn at random only by e-mail and will inform him of his endowment and the procedures to follow to access it. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of sending this email and provide their full contact information. Without a response from the winner within seven (7) days following the sending of this e-mail, he will be deprived of his prize and will not be able to claim any indemnity, endowment or compensation whatsoever. In this case, the prizes will be awarded to a designated substitute during the draw for the session concerned. The winners must comply with these rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, their prize will not be awarded to them and will be acquired by the Organiser. To this end, participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, indication of identity or false postal address entails the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organiser.
In addition, if the Organizer is unable to deliver the prize won to the winner(s), for whatever reason, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, which all participants consent to.
ARTICLE 7 – FREE PARTICIPATION

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
The Organizer cannot be held liable due to the impossibility of contacting each winner, as well as in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during its delivery. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any errors relating to the name, address and/or contact details communicated by the people who took part in the competition. Furthermore, the Contest Organizer declines all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or its use and/or its consequences. The Organizer reserves the right, if the circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without liability being incurred. However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment which will be posted on the Site and sent free of charge to any person who has made a request for payment in writing in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 below. The Organizer disclaims all liability in the event of a malfunction preventing access to and/or the smooth running of the competition, in particular due to external malicious acts. Participants accept without reservation that the mere fact of participating in this competition subjects them to French law. Any dispute must be sent to the address mentioned in article 11 no later than May 25, 2023 noon included (postmark as proof).
