Refund policy

If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your purchase, in accordance with article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange, credit note or refund.


After this period, no refund will be possible.

Recently, we have made updates allowing you to make Exchanges, Credit notes or Refunds.

- In the case of an EXCHANGE: the return is at our expense. Exchanges are possible and free of charge in France, Belgium, Spain and Germany. The return of the item is at the customer's expense.

- In the case of a VOUCHER request: the return is at our expense.

- In the case of a REFUND: the return is at your expense, €5 return costs will be deducted from your refund. 
Lauren Vidal will only cover the cost of returning an item in one of the following cases:
  • damaged or defective items
  • items not conforming to the description
  • receipt of the wrong item

Once your returns request has been validated by our customer service department, you must return the parcel without delay.

How do I make an exchange?

Exchange is possible and free of charge in France, Belgium, Spain & Germany, under the following conditions:

  • For a product in the same category.
  • For a product strictly at the same price.
  • For a similar product in a different print or colour.
  • For a product of a different size.

Exchange is only possible once. The return is at our expense.

  • Register your return in the ORDERS section of your customer area or by clicking here
  • Indicate the item to be exchanged and the reason, then confirm.
  • Select the new size/colour that suits you best. You will be able to exchange the same item for a different size or the same item in a different colour or a similar product.
  • You will receive an e-mail indicating that your request has been processed, along with the returns label to print out and the returns request form to enclose with the parcel.
  • Print and attach your returns label to your parcel
  • Insert your delivery note in the parcel (required for reimbursement)
  • Drop off your parcel, keeping your proof of delivery.

As soon as we receive your parcel and accept it, our logistics department will prepare the model you have chosen and send it to you as soon as possible.
You will be notified by email of each stage in the return/exchange of your product.

How do I make a return (in the case of a voucher request)?


The return of the parcel is at our expense.

  • Declare your return in the ORDERS section of your customer area or by clicking here.
  • You will receive an e-mail indicating that your request has been taken into account, along with the returns label to print out and the returns request form to enclose with the parcel.
  • Print and attach your returns label to your parcel
  • Insert your delivery note in the parcel (required for reimbursement)
  • Drop off your parcel at the Post Office, keeping your proof of delivery.


On receipt in our warehouses, you will receive a voucher by email within 14 working days.  All credit notes receive a 5% bonus. The credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of creation, and can be split up to a maximum of 3 months.

How do I make a return (in the case of a refund)?


You are responsible for returning the parcel. 

  • Declare your return in the ORDERS section of your customer area or by clicking here.
  • You will receive an e-mail indicating that your request has been taken into account, as well as a returns label to print out.
  • Insert your delivery note in the parcel (required for reimbursement)
  • Drop off your parcel, keeping your proof of delivery.


On receipt in our warehouses, you will be refunded within 14 working days. An email will only be sent to you once the refund has been made.
