Refund policy

LAUREN VIDAL is committed to providing its customers with a clear, reliable shopping experience in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Period

Customers have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return, subject to compliance with the conditions set out below.

The statutory withdrawal period applicable to distance sales is a minimum of fourteen (14) days. LAUREN VIDAL may, at its discretion, grant an extended return period in specific circumstances.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • returned in their original condition;
  • unworn;
  • unwashed;
  • unaltered;
  • undamaged;
  • returned with all original tags attached;
  • returned with any accessories supplied with the item;
  • in a condition suitable for resale.

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, stained, worn, washed or otherwise unsuitable for resale may be refused.

Return Procedure

Customers must submit their return request through their customer account in the dedicated order section or via the online returns page available on the Website.

Once the return request has been approved, the Customer will receive instructions for returning the parcel.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard refund requests, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Return shipping costs will be covered by LAUREN VIDAL where the return results from:

  • a defective item;
  • a damaged item;
  • an item that does not conform to the order;
  • an order preparation error;
  • receipt of an incorrect item;
  • an approved exchange request.

The Website may also specify indicative return shipping fees depending on the country or geographical area concerned.

Exchanges

Where exchanges are offered, they are subject to product availability.

Items may be exchanged for a different size, colour or equivalent product, subject to the conditions displayed at the time the exchange request is submitted.

Unless otherwise agreed by Customer Service, only one exchange is permitted per order or per item.

Store Credit

Where the Customer chooses store credit instead of a refund, the store credit will be issued by email once the returned item has been received and approved.

The current Website indicates that store credit may benefit from an additional five percent (5%) bonus, remain valid for three (3) months and be used in multiple transactions during its validity period.

This benefit remains subject to confirmation by LAUREN VIDAL and may be amended or withdrawn.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

LAUREN VIDAL will process refunds within the applicable legal timeframe following receipt of the returned parcel or upon receipt of satisfactory proof of shipment provided by the Customer.

Refunds apply only to accepted returned items.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer in the event of a voluntary return, except where the return is due to a defect, non-conformity or an error attributable to LAUREN VIDAL.

Non-Returnable Products

For reasons of hygiene, health protection or product customisation, certain products may be excluded from the right of return where such exclusion is legally permitted and clearly communicated before purchase.

Such products may include, without limitation:

  • personalised or customised products;
  • altered items;
  • gift cards;
  • intimate accessories or other hygiene-sensitive products.
