Refund policy

To return your order you have 14 days from the reception of your package.

For all orders placed after December 1st, returns are accepted until January 11th.

Please return your items in their original packaging, with their labels and any accessories, in a condition that allows them to be sold immediately.

You have been delivered to a collection point:

The costs of returns are entirely at our charge.

- Insert your delivery note in the package (necessary for the refund)

- Declare your return in the ORDERS section of your customer area or by clicking here

- You will receive an e-mail to download your return label

- Print and stick your return label on your package

- Deposit your package at the post office and keep your proof of deposit

You have had your package delivered to your home or outside of France:

The return of the package is at your expense with the carrier of your choice.

- Insert your delivery note in the parcel (necessary for the refund)

- Declare your return in the ORDER section of your customer area or by clicking here

- Receive an email with the address of the Lauren Vidal warehouse to indicate on your package

- Drop off your package and keep your proof of delivery

Upon receipt in our warehouse, you will be reimbursed within 14 working days. An email will be sent to you only once the reimbursement has been made.
