Sending SMS or WhatsApp Communications

When you provide your telephone number and tick the relevant consent box, LAUREN VIDAL may send you offers, news and invitations by SMS.

Consent to receive SMS communications is separate from your subscription to email communications. It results from a clear affirmative action and is never pre-selected. You may withdraw your consent at any time, including by replying STOP to messages where this functionality is available. Prior consent is the general rule applicable to B2C electronic marketing communications.

Email Open Tracking

Where you have given your consent, LAUREN VIDAL may measure whether its emails have been opened by means of a tracking pixel.

This processing is separate from your subscription to marketing communications. You may therefore continue to receive LAUREN VIDAL emails while refusing email open tracking. In Klaviyo, consent for email open tracking is technically separate from marketing consent. Changing this preference does not affect your email subscription status.

This procedure ensures that the email address has been entered correctly and that its owner genuinely wishes to receive communications from LAUREN VIDAL.

Until you have confirmed your subscription, you will not be permanently added to the relevant mailing list and you should not receive the corresponding welcome email series. In Klaviyo, only confirmation through the double opt-in process results in your addition to the mailing list and triggers the welcome flow.

The double opt-in process confirms your subscription to our communications. It does not, by itself, constitute consent to email open tracking.

8. Email Open Tracking and Tracking Pixels

What is a tracking pixel?

A tracking pixel is a very small resource embedded in an email. When this resource is loaded by your email application, it may enable us to determine whether the email has been opened.

  • the relevant email campaign;

Orders and Contractual Relationship
