Subscribe to the Lauren Vidal online store newsletter by entering your email address on the homepage in the newsletter section at the bottom of the page. You will be informed about the latest news from the online store and our exclusive offers.

Changing your password, or billing information is very simple. Click on "my account" and enter your username and password. Once logged in, you can view and edit your personal information.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletters you receive. You can also do this in your account, in the "My subscriptions" section. Do not hesitate to contact us about this if you encounter any difficulties.

The information you provide to us to process your order is only used in the context of our business relationship. Under no circumstances may this information be shared with third parties or resold. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. Regarding your banking information (bank cards), this is only used in the context of your payment with our secure payment partner Adyen. We do not store any banking information about you.

Order

To place an order on the Lauren Vidal store, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by searching by type of item or by universe. Then choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add to cart". Once your products are in the cart, you can check the contents of it by clicking on the cart, then let yourself be guided by clicking on the "Order" button. Your order is prepared in our warehouses within 48 working hours at the most, then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method and the country you have chosen. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days after your order is handed over to the carrier.

All orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (while stocks last). Once your order has been shipped, an email will be automatically sent to you.

If you have not yet received your order and the delivery time has expired, we invite you to check your email inbox and your junk mail.

You will most likely have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouse. If you have selected home or collection point delivery, you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of the My Account section.

Please note that during the sales period, delivery times may be slightly longer.

First of all, thank you for your order. In order to track your package, we invite you to log in to your personal space using your email address and your personal password. Then, simply go to the "My Orders" tab, search for the order in question and click on "Delivery Tracking". We also inform you that, as soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking link for your package.

Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. Indeed, as soon as payment is validated, your order is sent to be prepared in our warehouse in order to ship it to you as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your package. The latter will then be returned to our warehouse and we will then make your refund.

The e-gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

You can forward the email you will receive after purchasing the e-gift card to the person receiving the gift or print it and provide it to them in a gift envelope.

Delivery

All delivery time information is in working days and a preparation period of 48 hours is required for each delivery method:
- Chronopost: dispatch within 24 hours, a preparation time of 48 hours is to be expected, and this on working days
- Colissimo 48h: dispatch within 48 hours, a preparation time of 48 hours is to be expected, and this on working days.
- So Colissimo: shipping in 3 to 4 days, a preparation time of 48 hours is to be expected, and this on working days.

Currently, it is not possible to change your delivery address. Indeed, as soon as payment is validated, your order is sent to be prepared in our warehouse in order to ship it to you as soon as possible. If your address is incorrect and the carrier is unable to deliver to you, your package will be returned and automatically refunded.

Yes, except in the case of products that are handmade. In this case, there may be slight differences in the final product.

Payment

You can use the following payment methods on the Lauren Vidal e-boutique: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

The Lauren Vidal online store uses the Adyen e-Commerce solution, recognized by the main players in the financial world. It was developed so that you can make your payments in an ergonomic and user-friendly environment, with optimal security and respect for privacy. Adyen e-Commerce is the payment solution adopted by several thousand e-commerce sites. You will recognize these sites thanks to the mention Secure payment by Adyen, which appears on the payment page.

If your order is in "blocked" status, we invite you to place a new order (this may be due to a payment incident) or to contact your bank. Your order will still appear in your history.

Remember to check the validity date of your discount code. Also make sure to respect the box and enter your code without putting a space in it. Remember to empty your computer's cache. If your code works, a text will be displayed to indicate that your coupon has been taken into account. Codes cannot be combined: if you have several, only one of them can be used when ordering. On the payment page, enter your e-gift card code in the field titled "Discount code or gift card", then click on the "Validate" button. The amount of the e-gift card will be automatically deducted from your order total.

Yes, you can use them in combination with other payment methods when making purchases. For example, if your e-gift card balance does not fully cover the amount of your order, you can complete the payment with another method, such as your credit card or PayPal account.

No, the e-gift card is only valid on the online store.

To check the remaining balance on your e-gift card, open the e-mail containing the e-gift card that you received. Click on the "View gift card" button to find out the balance of your e-gift card.

Return and Refund

To return your order you have 30 days from receipt of your package, except during the archive period. For purchases made online during the archive period, the return must be made within 15 days from
the date of receipt of the order.

Please return your items to us in their original packaging, with their labels and any accessories, in a condition that allows them to be sold immediately.

Upon receipt in our warehouses, you will be reimbursed within 14 working days, an email will be sent to you only once the reimbursement has been made.

In the event that this return is due to an error on our part, the reshipping costs will of course be fully reimbursed upon proof. If you return your product because it does not satisfy you, the return costs remain your responsibility, and we will subsequently reimburse your order. In the case of delivery to a store or collection point, the return is free.

Once your package has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 working days and will appear directly on the payment card used to validate your order 48 to 72 hours after processing.

If you have a deferred debit card, the reimbursement will take place under the same conditions as your usual debits.

Technical issues

These emails may be found in your "junk" or "spam" folder of your email software. These are indeed increasingly sensitive to protecting the privacy of their users by identifying emails that are not part of your contacts for example. If your payment does not go through, check that your card numbers or the expiration date are not incorrect. Check with your bank to make sure they are not blocking the payment. For security reasons, customer service does not have access to your bank details but remains at your disposal to guide you.

In every Lauren Vidal product, a detailed label is attached to the inside of the garment with specific instructions for cleaning and care. If an item shrinks after cleaning, we assume that the care instructions were not followed. Unfortunately, Lauren Vidal will not be able to replace items that have changed "shape" due to improper cleaning, or that are the result of normal wear and tear.
