To create your Lauren Vidal online account, enter your email address, which becomes your username, and other required information in the appropriate fields.
When you click on the forgotten password link, please enter the email address that was used to create your account. Your password will be emailed to you instantly. Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder in case you don't receive it.
Sign up for the Lauren Vidal online shop newsletter by entering your email on the home page in the newsletter section at the bottom of the page. You will be informed of our latest news and our exclusive offers.
Changing your password, or your billing information is very simple. Click on "my account" and enter your username and password. Once logged in, you can view and change your personal information.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletters you receive. Do not hesitate to contact us about this if you encounter any difficulties.
The information you provide to us to process your order is only used in the context of our commercial relationship. In no way will this information be shared with third parties or resold. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. Concerning your banking information (credit cards), these are only used for your payment with our secure payment partner Adyen. We do not keep any banking information about you.

Order
To place an order on the Lauren Vidal website, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by type of item or by universe. Then choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add to cart". Once your products are in the cart, you can check the contents of the cart by clicking on the cart, and then click on the "Order" button. Your order is prepared within a maximum of 48 working hours in our warehouses, then given to the carrier according to the delivery method and country you have chosen. Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days after your order has been handed over to the carrier.
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours (subject to stock availability). Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you automatically.
.If you have not yet received your order and the delivery time has expired, we invite you to check your email box and your junk mail.
It is very likely that you have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouse. If you have selected a home delivery or collection point, you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section in My Account.
Note that during the sales period, delivery times may be slightly extended.
We thank you for your order. In order to track your parcel, we invite you to connect to your personal space using your email address and your personal password. Then simply go to the "My Orders" tab, search for the order in question and click on "Delivery Tracking". We would also like to inform you that, as soon as your order is shipped, an email is sent to you with the tracking link for your package.
Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. Indeed, as soon as your payment is validated, your order is sent to our warehouse to be prepared and shipped as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your package. The latter will then be returned to our warehouse and we will then make your refund.

Shipping
All information on timelines are in working days and it takes 48 hours of preparation for each delivery method:
- Chronopost: shipping in 24 hours, a preparation time of 48 hours is to be expected on working days
- Colissimo 48h: dispatch in 48 hours, a preparation time of 48 hours is to be expected on working days.
- So Colissimo: dispatch in 3 to 4 days , a preparation time of 48 hours is to be expected, in working days.
At the moment, it is not possible to modify your delivery address. Indeed, as soon as payment is validated, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation in order to ship it to you as soon as possible. If your address is incorrect and the carrier is unable to deliver, your package will be returned and automatically refunded.
Yes, except in the case of products that are handmade. In this case, there may be slight differences in the final product.
Checkout
You can use the following payment methods on the Lauren Vidal website: credit card, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
The Lauren Vidal online store uses the Adyen e-Commerce solution, recognized by the main players in the financial world. This one has been developed so that you can make your payments in an ergonomic and user-friendly environment, with optimal security and respect for privacy. Adyen e-Commerce is the payment solution adopted by several thousands of online shopping sites. You will recognize these sites thanks to the mention Secure payment by Adyen, which appears on the payment page.
If your order is in a "blocked" status we invite you to place a new order (this may be due to a payment incident) or contact your bank. Your order will still appear in your order history.
Make sure to check the validity date of your discount code. Also make sure to respect the box and enter your code without putting any space in it. Remember to clear your computer's cache. If your code works, a text will be displayed to indicate that your coupon has been taken into account. The codes are not cumulative: if you have several, only one of them can be used in your order. After following these procedures and in case the code does not work, do not hesitate to contact the Lauren Vidal online store customer service via the contact section.
On the payment page, enter the code of your e-gift card in the field labeled 'Discount code or gift card,' then click the 'Apply' button. The amount of the e-gift card will be automatically deducted from the total of your order.
To check the remaining balance on your digital gift card, open the email containing the e-gift card you received. Click on the 'View Gift Card' button to see the balance of your e-gift card.
Return and refund
To return your order, you have 30 days upon receipt of your package.
Please return your items to us in their original packaging, with their labels and any accessories, in a condition allowing them to be marketed immediately.
You have been delivered to a collection point:
Return costs are fully borne by us.
-Declare your return in the MY ORDERS section or from the Return Request tab and follow the instructions received by email.
You have had it delivered to your home or outside of France:
The package is returned< strong>at your expense with the carrier of your choice.

Upon receipt in our warehouses, you will be refunded within 7 working days, an email will be sent to you only once the refund has been made.
In the event that this return is due to an error on our part, the return shipping costs will of course be fully reimbursed upon proof. If you return your product because you are not satisfied with it, the return shipping costs remain at your expense, and we will subsequently refund your order. In the case of a delivery in a store or a collection point, the return is offered to you.
Once your package is received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and will appear directly on the payment card used to validate your order 48 to 72 hours after processing.
If you have a deferred debit card, the refund will take place under the same conditions as your regular debits.
Technical issues
These emails may be in your "junk" or "spam" folder in your email software. These are indeed more and more sensitive to protecting the privacy of their users by identifying emails that are not part of your contacts, for example. If your payment does not go through, check that your card numbers or expiration date are not wrong. Check with your banking institution to make sure they are not blocking the payment. For security reasons, customer service does not have access to your bank details but remains at your disposal to guide you.

- from 34 to 48 and XXS to XXXL for bottoms

In every Lauren Vidal product, a detailed label is attached to the inside of the garment with specific instructions for cleaning and care. If an item shrinks after cleaning, we assume that the care instructions were not followed. Unfortunately, Lauren Vidal will not be able to replace items that have changed "shape" due to improper cleaning, or are the result of normal wear and tear.
