Is payment secure?
Yes, payment is 100% secure. Transactions are secured by our partner's payment system.
All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. Nor is it stored on our computer systems.
Are my bank details kept?
No banking information is stored on our site. Your bank details are entered directly on the secure server of our technical and financial partner Ayden. The bank details you provide, encrypted on your own computer, will never circulate unencrypted on the Internet.
Pay securely in 3x free of charge with Scalapay
You can pay for your order in 3 free instalments. You receive your products immediately and pay in 3 equal instalments, due monthly. You will be offered this payment option at the ‘Payment’ stage when you confirm your order.
On the day of your purchase, you will be debited for the first third of your order. You will then be sent a summary of your forthcoming instalments. Then, 30 days after your purchase, you will be debited for the 2nd third. Finally, 60 days after your purchase, you will be debited for the 3rd third. A reminder email will be sent to you before each due date. Please note that the card must be valid for more than 3 months in order to cover the 3 payments.
Scalapay, our payment partner, systematically carries out a 3D Secure check to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank will then send you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application. This confirms that the transaction was initiated by you and is not fraudulent.

Pay securely in 4x at no extra cost with Paypal
PayPal offers its customers the option of paying in 4 instalments at no extra cost. The deposit is due at the time of the transaction and the following 3 payments are made once a month thereafter.
Payment in 4X appears as a payment method for eligible online basket values of between €30 and €2,000 when paying with PayPal Payment in 4X.
To qualify, customers must reside in France and their PayPal account must be linked to a verified bank account or a valid debit card for the duration of the refunds to be made.
