1. Protection of your personal data
In accordance with the Regulation, THE OZ lists all the processing that it performs in a register of processing that we leave at the disposal of the CNIL.
All information that you may have provided to The Other Store during your visits to the Site are strictly confidential. This information is necessary for the purpose of their processing.
1.1 What Personal Information is collected and processed?
The information that may be collected and processed are the following:
- Identification and contact data: your first name, your surname, your date of birth, your gender, your postal address, your delivery address, your telephone number, your email address, your language and the country from which you interact with us;
- Financial and payment data: your bank details (in this respect we inform you that all payment transactions are encrypted by the receiving bank and that we do not store any credit card numbers), information about your purchases, orders, returns, etc.; and
- Login data (such as your user ID and password), geolocation data (only with your consent) and browsing data (if you were to use the "find a shop" service for example); and
- Personal preferences: this includes your cookie preferences.
When we ask you to enter your personal data to access a feature, some of the data is mandatory as it is data we need to enable you to access that feature (for example, to deliver a parcel we need your postal address).
It is important that the personal information shared about you is correct and up to date. Therefore, please update your information if it changes.
We do not process any personal data that could be qualified as "sensitive" (information concerning racial or ethnic origin, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, health or sex life) within the meaning of the regulations on personal data.

We require third parties who receive your personal data to undertake to comply with the Personal Data Protection Regulations. The third parties listed above may only use your personal information in accordance with our instructions and not for their own use.
Your login and browsing data may also be transferred to Google Analytics.
The Other Store may also disclose your Personal Information to respond to a court order.
The Other Store does not transfer any of your Personal Data outside the European Union.
1.4. How long do we keep your Personal Information?
We will retain your data for as long as you remain a customer and for a period of ten (10) years following your last order in order to respond to any questions, complaints, or to maintain any data necessary to meet legal, accounting, or analytical requirements (Article L.123-22 of the Commercial Code).
We may also retain your data for research or statistical analysis, which will then be anonymised.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will not contact you again if you have not opened our newsletters for more than twelve (12) months.
Any changes to this Policy will be made on this page and you will be notified by email if necessary.
THE OZ may also retain your data for research or statistical analysis. As this information is then anonymised, no retention period is imposed by the Regulation insofar as it is no longer possible to "re-identify" you afterwards.
1.5. Hosting of your Personal Data
Your Personal Data is hosted by CLARANET SAS with a capital of 5,332,300 euros, registered in the PARIS Trade and Companies Register under the number 419 632 286 and whose registered office is located at 2, rue Bréguet - 75011 PARIS.
The servers on which your Personal Data are stored are located in Roissy.
In any case, The Other Store has implemented appropriate technical measures to maintain the security of your Personal Data.
1.6. What are your rights?
Your consent must be given in a clear and unambiguous manner. This is why, when you agree to fill in the contact form on the Site
- you are explained the use that will be made of your Personal Data;
- you must tick a box to confirm your consent; and
- children under the age of 13 cannot give their consent.
1.6.2. Other rights
In accordance with the Regulation, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data:
- Right of access to data: this right allows you to receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you;
- Right to rectification: this right allows you to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data about you;
- Right to deletion of your Personal Data: this right gives you the possibility to ask us to delete your Personal Data if one of the legal grounds is fulfilled:
> the Personal Data are no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing;
> you have withdrawn your consent on which the processing is based;
> you have objected to the processing through your right to object;
> the processing of your Personal Data is unlawful; or
> your Personal Data must be erased in accordance with a legal obligation.
- Right to limit the processing of your Personal Data; this limitation of processing can be achieved when:
> you dispute the accuracy of your Personal Data;
> you do not object to the deletion of your Personal Data in the context of unlawful processing but require that it be limited;
> your Personal Data is no longer used by our services but its retention is only necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or

- Right to portability of your Personal Data: you may contact us so that we can provide you or another data controller directly with your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;

1.7 What are the legal grounds for processing?
We rely on legal grounds for processing your data depending on how you interact with our Site.
When you purchase products from our Site, we collect and process your personal data to fulfil the contract with you. For example, we need your postal address to deliver your order or your credit card details to process your payment.
We also rely on other legal grounds such as your legitimate interests. 2. Security of Internet navigation
2.1 Integrity of your data on the Internet
The Site has appropriate security measures in place to prevent any loss, unauthorised use or access, modification or disclosure of your Personal Data.
All personal data collected is stored on secure servers. The Other Store also has procedures in place to manage any breach of personal data.
2.2. Malicious Use
You should only connect to secure networks, preferably private networks. Be aware of the risks involved in using public wifi networks.
Regardless of The Other Store to whom you have voluntarily transmitted your Personal Information and given the nature of the Internet, other operators, without any link with The Other Store, are able to capture your Personal Information without your consent, especially when you browse the Internet. Consequently, we recommend that you install anti-virus and anti-spyware software on your computer and update it regularly.
The Other Store will never solicit you by e-mail for personal information.
If you receive an email on behalf of The Other Store asking you to provide sensitive personal information (banking information, privacy information, etc.), please do not respond and forward the email to us for further action.
You should only provide your account information after logging into www.laurenvidal.com directly through your browser.
A cookie is a connection indicator, i.e. a text file likely to be recorded in a dedicated space on the hard disk of your terminal when you consult an Internet site. A cookie allows its issuer to identify the Terminal in which it is stored, during the period of validity or storage of the cookie.

3.2.1. The agreement on cookies

3.2.4. Deleting your cookies

3.2.7. Your choices expressed online directly to us
If you do not wish :

- If you do not want us to: collect data about your browsing activities, - identify the original special offer when registering via a special offer,
