1. Low waist measurement
Measure horizontally where you usually wear your belt on your low-rise pants.
2. Pelvis measurement
Your tape measure should be horizontal, going around your pelvis and bottom at the widest point.
3. Inseam length
Stand up straight and have someone measure you from the top of your inner thighs to the bottom of your feet.
*Take your measurements directly on your body by standing with your legs together. Use a flexible tape measure and do not hold it too tightly to your body.

1. Chest measurement
Your tape measure should be horizontal, going around your chest at the strongest point. Do not take the measurement while holding your breath.
2. Waist measurement
This is your abdominal measurement. Your tape measure should be horizontal, going around your belly at the hollow of your waist (the thinnest part).
3. Pelvis measurement
Your tape measure should be horizontal, going around your pelvis and bottom at the widest point.
